Annual Meeting of the Electors

April 18, 2011

Held at the Lund Fire Hall

Meeting called to order by Roger Stewart at 7:00pm

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman, Joe Edlin 1^st Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist 2^nd Supervisor, Patty Scharr Clerk, Sharon Stewart Treasurer

1. Minutes from the 2010 annual meeting read by Patty Scharr.

Joe made a motion to approve the minutes, Lindsay seconded, motion carried.

2. Reviewed 2010 Financial Statement:

Lindsay made a motion to approve the 2010 Financial Statement, Joe seconded, motion carried.

3. Set date for next Annual Meeting:

Lindsay made a motion to set the 2012 Annual meeting date as Monday April 16^th, 2012 at 7:00 pm, Joe seconded, motion carried.

4. Officers were sworn in: Lindsay Bergquist Chairperson, Joe Edlin 1st Supervisor, Jim Riesgraf 2^nd Supervisor, and Patricia Scharr Clerk.

Elected Treasurer: Cindy Bergquist declined the position.

No issues or business brought before the board.

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn the Annual meeting of the Electors, Joe seconded, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:10pm
