Board Meeting

March 21, 2011

 

Held at the Lund Fire Hall

 

Meeting called to order by Roger Stewart at 7:00pm

 

Present:  Roger Stewart Chairman, Joe Edlin 1st Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist 2nd Supervisor, Patty Scharr Clerk, Sharon Stewart Treasurer

 

1.      Minutes for the February 15, 2011 meeting read by Patty. 

Joe made a motion to approve the minutes, Lindsay seconded, motion carried.

 

2.      Treasurer’s report was read by Sharon. The January 31, 2011, balance on hand was $112,857.88. Deposits in February $219,256.19, Disbursements $306,494.69 for a total balance of $25,619.38 on February 28, 2011. The Money Market Balance as of February 28, 2011 was $7,952.85. This gives us a total asset balance of $33,572.23 on February 28, 2011.

Lindsay made a motion to approve the Treasurers report, Joe seconded, motion carried.

 

3.      Discussed Roads: Brushing was done on Linder Lane and Stewart Road. 

 

4.      Bills for the month: Mary Fayerweather $88.00, Pepin County Highway Department $2,757.71, Durand Publishing $35.30, Village of Pepin $10.16, Lund fire department $20.00 & First quarter payroll and supplies $2,159.33 for a total of $5,071.00. Lindsay made a motion to pay the bills, Joe seconded, motion carried.

 

5.      The annual meeting will be held on April 18th, 2011 7:00pm as set at the Annual meeting last year.

 

Next meeting will be April 18th, 2011 following the Annual meeting.

 

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Joe seconded, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm.
