ANNUAL Meeting

APRIL 27, 2009

Held at Lund Fire Dept.

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman, Joey Edlin 1^st Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist 2^nd Supervisor, Pat Scharr, Clerk, Sharon Stewart, Treas.

Meeting called to order @ 7:00pm by Roger Stewart,

Minutes from the April 11, 2008 Annual meeting read by Pat. Joe made a motion to approve the minutes Lindsay seconded.

Officers were sworn in were: Roger Stewart, Chairperson, Joe Edlin,

Ist Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist 2^nd Supervisor, Sharon Stewart, Treasurer & Patricia Scharr, Clerk.

John Lawson spoke to the board regarding snowplowing. He would like to have the plowing stop when they get to his drive way, because of the gravel being left in his yard. It was suggested that we have the plow go as far as the turn around by his corn crib. John and Nancy would also like to have there driveway sprayed for dust control from the corn crib in. Roger will go over and look at the turn around spot and figure out how much dust control is needed. Last year the board agreed to do 50/50 for the dust control.

The board reviewed the 2008 financial statement. Lindsay made a motion to approve the 2008financial statement as is Joe seconded.

Roger reported on the roads and what needs to be done this year.

1. The cattle pass on Edlin lane will be replaced.

2. A culvert on South Bluff needs to be replaced if funds permit.

3. Rock is needed on Edlin Lane and Orlin Lane.

Roger asked the board to watch for soft spots on other gravel roads that should be taken are of.

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn Joe seconded. Meeting was adjourned at 7:38 pm.
