Board Meeting

Feb. 16, 2009

 

Held at Lund Fire Dept.

 

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman,  Lindsay Bergquist, 2nd Supervisor, Sharon Stewart, Treasurer,

 

Absent: Joe Edlin 1st Supervisor and Pat Scharr, Clerk.

 

Meeting called to order @ 7:00pm by Roger Stewart

 

1.     Sharon read minutes from the January 19, 2009 meeting. Lindsay made a motion to approve the minutes Roger seconded.

2.     Treasurer’s report read by Sharon, Total assets on Dec. 30, 2008 $80,404.84 total deposits for Jan. were $171,960.23 and total disbursements of $111,413.21 for total balance of $140,951.86 on Jan 31, 2009.  Lindsay made a motion to approve, Roger seconded.

3.     Smart Growth update: Mary Ann could not make it to the meeting; she will give an update next month.

4.     The annual audit will be postponed until the March meeting

5.     Road discussion.  The county did some brush clean up on a few roads.

6.     Bills for the month: Durand publishing $43.86 and Pepin County Highway department $4,505.66. Lindsay made a motion to pay the bills, Roger seconded.

 

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn Roger Seconded. Meeting adjourned @ 7:25pm Next meeting set for March 16, 2009.
