Meeting called to order @ 7:20pm by Roger Stewart for the purpose of nominating town offices to be elected into office at the Spring election held April 07, 2009. Lindsay nominated Roger to be Caucus Chairperson Joe Seconded.

Roger opened nominations for Town Chairperson. Joey Edlin Nominated Roger Stewart for Chairperson Lindsay Seconded. No further nominations. Nomination for chairperson closed.

Roger opened nominations for 1^st Supervisor: Sharon Stewart Nominated Joey Edlin for 1^st Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist Seconded. No further nominations. Nominations for 1^st supervisor closed.

Roger opened nominations for 2^nd Supervisor: Sharon Stewart nominated Lindsay Bergquist for 2^nd Supervisor, Joey Edlin seconded. No further nominations. Nominations for 2^nd Supervisor closed.

Roger opened nomination for Treasurer: Patricia Scharr nominated Sharon Stewart for Treasurer Joe Edlin Seconded. No further nominations. Nominations for Treasurer closed.

Roger opened nominations for Clerk: Roger Stewart nominated Patricia A. Scharr for town clerk, Lindsay seconded. No further nominations. Nomination for clerk closed.

All nomination for all town offices closed at 7:30pm by Roger Stewart.
