Meeting called to order by Roger Stewart at 7:05pm

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman, Joe Edlin First Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist Second Supervisor, Sharon Stewart Treasurer, Patty Scharr Clerk.

Minutes for the November 20, 2007 meeting read by Sharon Stewart. Joe made a motion to approve the minutes Lindsay Seconded.

Bryce Bergquist made a formal apology to the Board for running over and destroying the road signs back in 2006. The board accepted his apology.

Treasurers repot was read by Sharon Stewart. The November balance on had was $16,714.85 December Deposits were $56,634.69 and the December Distributions were $20,987.61 for a total of $52,363.93 on December 31, 2006. On January 7, we will be receiving the quarterly transportation aid in the amount of $8,635.74 but the January Tax Settlements will be disbursed. Lindsay made a motion to approve the Treasurers report Joe Seconded.

Bills for the month are GCS software annual update $300.00. Joe made a motion to pay the bill Lindsay Seconded.

Joe discussed the dead end sign on Edlin lane that was placed to far down the road. The sign will be moved to the junction of Pleasant Corner rd and Edlin Lane.

February 15, WTA will be holding a district meeting in Eau Claire, we need two people to get re-certified for Board of Review. Joe and Lindsay volunteered. Patty will send in the registration and send the time and place to both of them.

Discussed a little bit about the comprehensive planning and if any one had started on it. Sharon will talk to Mary Ann Svoboda. To be brought up at the next meeting.

Next meeting date set for Monday Feb. 3^rd.

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn the meeting Joe seconded. Meeting was adjourned at 7:45pm.
