Held at Lund Fire Dept.

 

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman, Joe Edlin 1st Supervisor, Lindsay Bergquist 2nd Supervisor,  Sharon Stewart, Treas. 

 

Meeting called to order @ 7:15pm by Roger Stewart,

 

Joe made motion to open the BOR Lindsay seconded. 

 

Joe made motion to postpone the BOR until June 30, 2008

 

Lindsay seconded.  Open book will be held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm

 

Monday June 30, 2008 at the Lund Fire Hall. 

 

BOR will follow from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

 

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn Joe seconded. BOR

 

Adjourned at 7:20pm.

 

Regular Board meeting called to order @ 7:20pm by Roger Stewart

 

  1. Minutes from the April 21, 2008 meeting read by Sharon, Lindsay made motion to approve minutes Joe Seconded.
  2. Sharon read treasurer’s report.  Total assets on March 30, 2008 17,687.52, Total Deposits for April 8,799.95, total disbursements in April 7,845.34, April 30, balance was $18,642.13. Joe made a motion to approve Lindsay seconded.

 

  1. Road Discussion:  Joe wondered about how much rock was hauled and if county workers know where our roads end.  Roger said we wouldn’t know total amount of rock until we get the bill.

 

  1. Any other business: Herdie Baisden brought his applications for liquor license.  Lindsay made a motion to charge $50.00 fee Joe Seconded.  A Public hearing is set for  June 16, 2008 at 7:00pm.

 

  1. Bills for the month:  Durand Publishing for $78.46 and Pepin County Highway Department for $1,565.22. Lindsay made a motion to approve the bills, Joe Seconded.

 

Lindsay made a motion to adjourn Joe seconded the motion.  Meeting adjourned @ 8:00pm.  Next meeting date June 16, 2008.
