Budget Hearing

Budget Hearing called to order at 7:00 pm by Roger Stewart

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman, Joey Edlin 1^st Supervisor,

Lindsay Bergquist 2^nd Supervisor, Pat Scharr Clerk & Sharon Stewart Treas

Lindsay made a motion to approve the budget as proposed Joe seconded.

Joe made a motion to adjourn the budget meeting Lindsay seconded. Budget meeting adjourned at 7:10pm

Levy Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm by Roger Stewart.

Lindsay made a motion to set the 2008 payable 2009 levy at $56,678.00, an increase of 7.644% for the net new construction. Joe Seconded.

Joe made a motion to approve the highway expenditures at $70,343.27, Lindsay seconded.

Joe made a motion to adjourn the levy meeting Lindsay seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:20pm
