Board Meeting

November 17, 2008

Held at Lund Fire Dept.

Present: Roger Stewart Chairman, Joey Edlin 1^st Supervisor,

Lindsay Bergquist 2^nd Supervisor, Pat Scharr Clerk & Sharon Stewart Treas.

Meeting called to order @ 7:20pm by Roger Stewart

1. Patty read minutes from the Oct. 20, 2008, meeting. Joe made a motion to approve the minutes Lindsay seconded.

2. Treasurer’s report read by Sharon; Total assets on Sept. 30, $25,698.16 total deposits in October were $8,662.53 total disbursements for October $22,093.76 for a balance of $12,266.93 on October 31 on Nov. 17^th we should receive shared revenue deposit of $8,336.46 for a grand total of $20,603.39 on Nov. 17, 2008.. Joe made a motion to approve the Treasurers report Lindsay Seconded.

3. Road Discussion:

4. Bills for the month, Durand publishing $12.85, Pepin County Highway Dept $4,777.80 & $50.00 to Nancy Richardson for training on the new tax program. Lindsay made a motion to pay the bills Joe seconded the motion.

5. Election workers approved for 2009 are Cindy Bergquist chief, Elizabeth Trumble, Maxine Rundquist, Gary Egger, Mary Ann Svoboda, Sharon Stewart, Cheryl Fernholz and Margaret Linder. Joe made a motion to approve the official election workers for 2009 Lindsay seconded.

6. Lindsay made a motion to adjourn the meeting Joe seconded Meeting adjourned at 7:45p.m. Next meeting set for December 15, 2008.
