LICENSE & PERMITS
DOG LICENSE
All dogs must be licensed
To obtain a license contact Sharon Stewart
you must have proof of current RABIES VACCINATION from your vet
If you dog is spayed or neutered you will also need to show proof.
The annual license fee is due on January 31, each year.
$5.50 per spayed or neutered animal
$15.00 per dog female or male
Make checks payable to the Town of Stockholm
Their will be a $10.00 late fee applied to any license not obtained by that date.

DRIVEWAY PERMIT
As of August 16, 2005 a Driveway permit is required for all roadways: Contact Roger Stewart for a permit
BUILDING PERMITS FOR NEW DWELLINGS
Effective December 1, 2009 Contact the Wisconsin Division of Safety & Buildings at email, udctech@wi.gov or tel. (608)-789-5656 for Building Permits for New Dwellings.
Note: You may also need other municipal or county approvals.
